Sofia's P.O.V Molly and Max were officially leaving today going off to New York, getting married, and starting their life out there I was going to miss Molly, I mean she was my best friend, why wouldn’t I? it was going to be hard, not being able to just call her up and go around, we couldn’t just go for coffee together anymore without a two-hour flight or a two-day drive. Molly was my childhood She was my chilled summer days My cozy winter nights She was like my other half, she was always there for me, always the shoulder for me to cry on, she could always make me scream with uncontrollable laughter. She was like my sister, like my long-lost twin. I went downstairs and out the door, clambering into my car I was going to pick up Molly, we were having a girly day out before she leaves. The lads were having a day out as well, which basically meant a pub crawl. Then we were all going to meet at the airport at 1.00pm in time for Molly and Max to catch their plane. As I drove up into the ever so familiar drive, a pang of sorrow ripped at my gut, a huge "for sale" sign was out the front of the house. It was real, she was leaving me, it was goodbye I walked up to the door and held my breath, knocking gently The door flung open and Molly launched herself on top of me, making me fall onto the ground. We rolled around laughing, then I got up pulling Molly with me. "Shall we go then?" I asked "We shallywally" she sang and skipped over to the car We arrived at the shopping mall a short time later and instantly went into hectic buy mode. I bought a gorgeous pair of navy heels and a few jumpers for the upcoming winter. I also managed to find a really cute shirt that was blue checked just like on Caleb had "Ahhhh, you guys can be twinsies" shrieked Molly as soon as she saw it Molly bought a whole load of crap just, as usual, ice cream earrings and beach sandals, that kind of stuff. I was the sensible shopper, and she was the crazy one, but it worked. We stopped to have coffee halfway through and then set off again. "I so know what we should do next" Molly said "Whatty, what what?" I said back "Wedding dress shopping!" she shouted We rushed around all the bridal shops and found a little bridal shop called "Mary lace" We spent ages in there, trying on dresses, sipping champagne and making a fool of ourselves. Molly definitely suited ball gowns and A-line dresses, were as I was more into fitted lace gowns. I flopped down on the lounger and Molly flopped on top of me. "I'm gonna have a proper wedding, in the future, when Max and I have made some money" Molly thought out-loud. "Yeah, well you are definitely making it to mine," I said "You got a date yet?" she asked "Nope, hopefully, next year in April?" I smiled "Good," she said "Molly, will you be my maid of honor?" I asked smiling at her "Ohhhhhh my goddddd really " she shouted "Molly, common who else would I choose?" I giggled We spent the rest of the day shopping, chatting and laughing. We then headed out the shopping center, laden with shopping bags, and got in the car. The drive to the airport was pretty quiet, I could tell Molly was upset. I knew she wanted to stay more than anything. But she couldn't This was the next chapter of her life, she needed to turn the page and move on with her life with Max. We drove into the airport car park and I stopped the car. "I'll get the bags" she said Molly had sold her furniture and most of her clothes She only had a few bags of random Items and clothes left to take with her. She was going to buy new furniture and things when she was out there. I walked over to the outside if the airport. The boys were standing outside waiting for us "I hope you lovely ladies had a splendid shopping trip" goofed Caleb "We certainly did" Molly said catching up with me "Yeah, we had a ball" I said "Well should we say our goodbyes out here, save a scene going off inside?" I said "No" said Molly "Sofia, your wrong" "This isn't goodbye" said max "Only ta-ta for now" Molly said "We will skype and call you guys" said max "And we will definitely be here for you" Molly said "Promise" I said "we will always be together for the big bits" "Yes, of course, weddings, child birth, baby showers or even funerals, whatever it is, we will be there" Molly said snuggling into Max's side and smiling up at him. I hugged Molly close and squeezed her tight, cold tears filled my eyes Caleb and Max high fived, both of them aren't particularly good at feelings so I think it's safe to say there crying on the inside. I stepped back from Molly, handed her the bags and nodded She smiled up at max, they held hands, and walked off into the airport. As they walked of I heard a shout of "so long suckers"
