How could she not have arrived by now? I could see a delay of minutes to maybe even an hour, but now we are beyond two hours from when Jaessa should have made it to Death Valley, and she's not here. D*mn it, I knew something felt wrong since we left the Grand Canyon.
"I know Jaessa, I mean I've known her truly for my entire life, we were born on the same day and raised together, there is no way she'd be this late without updating." I tell Alpha Daniel with certainty.
Daniel nods and I can see the concern intensify in his gaze. "When did you last speak to her?" He asks me.
"You sent her that text when we left the cave." J interjects.
"Yeah, and she replied that the desert boring, so she would have made it to Nevada by that point." I add.
