I was putting my plate in the dishwasher when the door to the kitchen opened. I looked over to see who it was almost hoping for it to be Mr. Hawkins again but it was Tatum. Her eyes widened when she looked over and saw me and a huge smile covered her face.
"Brooke!" She said with loads of excitement.
"Your back!" She said putting her purse down on the counter.
I nodded quickly and walked around the counter and gave her a big hug.
"Thank you," I said to her as I pulled away.
