Brooklynne's POV:
My eyes widened when I heard his voice. I took my elbow and hit him hard in the stomach behind me. He groaned a little but I highly doubt it was because I had hurt him. His grip loosened just a little and I relaxed my legs to fall out of his hold. Before he could grab me again I screamed as loud as I could because I knew the guards were just on the other side of this hallway in the store.
With in seconds they were around the corner with their guns out pointing them at Jackal who now had another hold on me.
"Release her!" Cooper shouted at him but instead of being scared he just laughed.
"Tsk Tsk. You two really think you are going to get out of here with her alive?" He chuckled.
"I said, release her!" Cooper said again in a solid deep tone.
