Lexie POV
You know that moment when you know your life is about to take a u-turn. You suddenly feel that you are not the same again. You are gradually changing from an emotional girl to another girl.
That was the same feeling I had the moment I pointed the gun towards Katherine's head. The realization that this might be my first kill and I would not be guilty about it. The emotional lexie was gone, dead and forgotten.
Immediately I pulled the trigger twice into her, I watched as her eyes widened. She seemed shocked that of all the people who would kill her it ended up being me.
But it was justified. She wanted me dead after all. Everything that happened after that moment was in a kind of rush. A trance.
