“I would ask them to bring the gown tomorrow. Take some rest” Meredith said and locked the door behind me.
A thick silence fell into the room immediately after she walked away. It reminded me that I was alone.

Derek had gone to work after I asked him to go. I did not want him to sacrifice more days for me. I was fine, I would be fine.
