Lexie POV
“Meredith!” I shouted and ran after her, my heart beating faster. She ignored me and continued walking towards the door when I caught her by her arms.
“What do you want?” She asked me and freed herself from my grip.
"Meredith, please, what you said in there is true?” I asked, panting heavily.
"Yes, or do you think I would lie about your brother’s life?” She asked with a frown.
I shook my head. "No..no..which hospital did you take him to let me go with you?”
She kept quite looking at me. "Meredith, answer me!” I screamed at the top of my voice.
I was finally going crazy. I don't think I would be able to bear it if something happened to Jeremy.
Right now he was my brother and only family. Without him, I would be lost.
“The city hospital,” she responded.
