Over the course of the next several months, things seemed to calm down, but they were definitely busy. School was great as I got used to Bryan being in most of my classes. Everyone else acts the same, but I don't feel ignored since I've grown closer to Bryan, James, Whitney, and Nick. Plus, Sam and Luke are the best friends a girl could ask for. It makes all the silence and cold shoulders a little easier to bare.
Swim season came to a close with our team winning the region championship. Laura still flashed me hateful looks during every practice and meet while Claudia sat indifferent.
