The clinic named “Health Spot”, ran by Dr. Rachel John, had a logo of a red apple with a woman jumping healthily in the middle of it. It was in one of the big towers of the city and had two rooms and a reception. The rectangular shaped area, had a coat rack place just next to the door with a counter with numbers stacked neatly behind it. The reception had a desk extended forward and covering most of the space. Two, two seaters couches placed in the same line on the wall with the window that was covered with blinders, with pot plants placed on two different corners.  Rachel kept her coat on the rack counter, seeing her coffee missing. She sighed looking at the receptionist who was completely indulged in fixing her makeup looking at her compact. Rachel moved the blinders off the windows, brightening the room and grabbing Lily’s attention.  “Seems like I have more male patients today?” Rachel faked a smile at Lily. Lily her receptionist was a thirty years old, divorced, short but petite s*x driven women who was already under the warning of losing her job if caught having s*x again in the office with any of the clients, which  would be her sixth time caught and one hundred and sixth time uncaught. She smiled back at Rachel, “Your eight AM appointment in in your office and your twelve PM meeting with Mr. Steele.” “Oh cancel that.” Rachel told her remembering to cancel all the dealing with Kevin, especially after his outburst last night, “Notify his manager that we’re taking him off our service.” “What? Why him?” She asked a little too spontaneously, making Rachel roll her eyes. “Just do your job.” She told her. She walked into the diagnostic room, the only room other than her office, that had all the equipment placed in an orderly fashioned. With the weighing machine, to the apparatus section, to the three cardio equipment placed in the corner behind the two sofa chairs, that were placed in front of the glass wall. Her eyes dropped down at the gorgeous view of Emanuel, doing his regular morning push ups, shirtless, covered in sweat. His back muscles contouring deep with each time he lynched forward and backward. He looked up and saw Rachel, standing in her usual knee length black dress, four inches’heel, covered with a white coat. “I don’t want to sound like the b***h boss, but my coffee was missing from the counter.” She notified him. Emanuel was a medical student himself, who was looking for an experience and Rachel hired him as an intern but he was of more help then Lily. “Your eight AM appointment took yours and mine coffee in your office.” He threw her a dimple studded smile, standing in abs covered and chiseled chest with a large broad structure. Sometimes Rachel felt that he was way too much shirtless around her but at the same time he was also an employee so she controlled all of her thoughts to her. She went inside her office and saw the back of her eight AM appointment sitting on her rotating chair, facing towards the window, looking at the outside view of the city. “I still don’t get; why won’t you just do your intern. I mean look at him sweating heavens.” Her eight AM appointment Rebecca spoke turning her face towards Rachel. Rebecca McMahon; was a tall, broad, proportioned and attractive plus size, business woman, blonde and intelligent with a focused goal. She and Rachel met almost two years ago when Rachel was still practicing with Dr. Weiser, where she worked at his medical facility. Rebecca was an heir to a billionaire enterprise, with low self-esteem and over growing health and mental issues, while she was rushed into Dr. Weiser’s facility under a severe case of Bulimia Nervosa. Rebecca was only twenty-one-year-old and looking at such a young beauty struggling with health pierced Rachel’s heart, as she took in her case and helped her understand that she is far more important than what people would think of her and helped her gaining her confidence. She even helped in weight loss, helping her form a healthy body mass index. Ever since then, Rebecca found an entrusting friend in Rachel and visited her every day in the morning, hence her name “Eight AM Appointment”. “He’s an intern.” Rachel scolded Rebecca, taking her coffee and sipping on it, as she slid on the table in front of her. “I’m guessing it didn’t go well with Kevin the Killer.” She asked. Rachel rolled her eyes knowing that Rebecca might have a hint, “He’s too violent and too self-absorbed.” She notified her. Rebecca simply shock her head, “You know, you’re going to die virgin. You really need to start ignoring every slight minute things, every guy has flaws, no one is perfect. So what if he’s wrestler? It’s his job. You have to accept him for who he is.” The phone on the table rung grabbing both of their attention but Rachel let it go to the message center. The phone beeped after two rings with Rachel’s message voice. “You b***h; how dare you take me off your f*****g services.I will f**k you and your services.” Kevin’s angry voice spoke over the phone. Rachel c****d an eyebrow at Rebecca as she rolled her eyes in response. “Fine this one was an asshole.” “I’m going to f*****g sue you.” Kevin yelled over the phone. Rebecca picked up the headset, “Yeah and go suck your tiny d**k, s**t head.” She spat at him, slamming down the phone. The two laughed over the hissy fit for a moment before Rachel noticed the sparkling rock over Rebecca’s finger and shrilled. “Oh my God.” Rebecca noticed her actions and got up with her in excitement. The two hugged tightly, “Why didn’t you tell me? When were you going to tell me?” “Right after slamming the tiny dick.”, Rebecca told her. Rachel held her hand admiring her ring as hot tears of happiness rolled down her cheek, “I can’t believe this, my best friend is engaged.” “Yeah well.” Rebecca chimed back. Rachel noticed the loss of spark of happiness in Rebecca’s eyes. For someone who has been insanely in love with her boyfriend over a relation of sixteen months with Alex, who despite of her family’s dislike being her own employee as her PR manager, she still went out with him and continued having a normal relationship with him. Rebecca didn’t seem much happy about the engagement. “What’s going on? Aren’t you happy that you’re engaged?” She asked cupping Rebecca’s face. “I am, obviously I am. But there is another problem.” She paused for a moment reading Rachel’s calm expression, “I am already married.” “Huh?” Rachel squeaked back at her. “It was three years ago, I married for a business deal with this guy from a filthy rich family in England. I hadn’t even met the guy and we don’t even see or talk to another, I didn’t even know until three months ago even if he was alive or dead, although it would’ve been easier if he was dead. But he’s just enjoying his life and he sent in some documents, three months ago, reminding me of the stupid marriage I signed into. The dealership is under my father and you know how he is. He would never talk divorce with The Walters because he hates the idea of me marrying Alex.” “The Walters?” “The family that I married into? Jacob Walter is the guy that I married. It’s an extremely huge family with so many cousins, brothers and uncles and all of them are involved in business but this Jacob guy, he is going to be the next COO so I was married to him under some stupid dealership and it was even back when I was all fat and ugly.” “Just because you were fat, it didn’t make you ugly. You were beautiful back then and you’re beautiful now.” Rachel slightly scolded her at holding herself too low. “Yeah Okay great so help me solve this trouble too.” Rebecca sarcastically hit her back. “You get a divorce.” “The marriage was in London and so the divorce will also need to take place there. But that is not a problem, if I want I can marry right away, the marriage isn’t even registered in America, the problem is that the papers to the marriage are a solid proof and also I don’t want to build my relationship with Alex on pillars of deceive.” “Aww.” Rachel slightly patted her hair, leaping her into a hug, “The problem is that stupid Jacob asshole, “my husband””,she rolled her eyes making finger commas, “I talked to him back three months ago about a possible divorce and he said to not to even think about it for the next two years. I didn’t even care back then but now Alex and I are engaged and we both want to get married. The only way I can have a divorce is by filing in London.” “So you do that.” “I will be doing that. I’ve already talked to my lawyers and they say that my case is pretty strong, I was twenty back then, American in a foreign country, now wanting out of a weak clause in a contract. I might be charged fine for it, but nothing is worth more than Alex. But I’ll need your help.” She held Rachel’s hands in hers, squeezing them tightly. “I need you to come to London with me. I need you there with me. You’re like my confidence factor and I would need lots and lots of confidence fighting my villain of a husband. Please just for two weeks. I know you could use a vacation. Come to London, maybe you’ll find some handsome British guy and the two of you will fall in love and you might finally lose your V card. Please, please, please just don’t say no. You know I would never say no to helping you if you ever had a secret husband.” “Alright.” Rachel stopped her rant, “I’ll go to London with you.” Besides I could use a vacation.
