Rachel entered inside her clinic, expecting it to be empty. she had already informed her new employee Dr. Greta, whom she hired after the whole Emanuel scene and even informed Lily that she was in Italy and will not be joining them any time sooner.
But much to her surprise she already saw Lily sitting gloomily at the reception, working through paper. Her eyes had big bags underneath, as well she wasn’t dressed to impress like her usual self.
