Elena's pov
After lunch Chase let and I was left alone to do my own work, before Chase came in for lunch I was working on some paperwork, the most boring thing about my job. The paperwork had been piling up, so it needed to be done. I have about half of it left to do, maybe I can get all of it done before I go home. That way I can just go home and watch my walking dead while I drink some hot chocolate with my puppy.
When I finished the paperwork, it was 5:00, I had to stay an extra hour than I normally do to finish the paperwork. I left my office and went to the parking lot and walked to my car, I unlocked it with the keys and got in.
I backed out of my parking spot and drove out of the parking lot, I headed towards my apartment. About half way to my apartment my favorite song came on.
