Liam’s POV For a moment, time didn’t feel real. I didn’t move, she didn’t move, even the air around us held its breath. Her eyes were wide and filled with shock, and mine were probably just as wide, but for a different reason. I didn’t expect to find beauty like this in the middle of silence, in the middle of a private resort, in the middle of a day that was supposed to be simple.
