Chapter 3 Legato College

852 Words
When Larry woke up, he was already at home. His last memory was only a vague girl with short hair. And nothing else could be remembered.        Since this incident, Larry had been very cautious every time he traveled, and he would no longer take the initiative to find the same group of people as he did before, because he did not know much about this group. But Larry believed that in this group, not everyone had bad intentions like the male teacher who hunted him down, and there were also just kind people like the middle-aged man.   Although after that time Larry was very careful in everything, under a special situation, he encountered an elemental man. This time, the opponent found him first, and the opponent was ready to fight at once.        Perhaps he found that Larry was not malicious, this man slowly put away his fighting spirit, then turned his head and finally disappeared in the crowd.        After contacting the second elemental man, Larry finally understood that their group was not as united as he had always thought. They might be separate groups, or they might have their own small groups, but they would certainly not be united. Among them, there were people who were righteous, such as the middle-aged man who saved him as well as indifferent people he met today: if you don’t offend me, I won’t offend you either, and of course, there was no shortage of bad guys like the male teacher who chased and killed elemental people like last time. .        The most important thing was that Larry realized others discovered himself first, and then he discovered others. When he discovered others, they would show a different aura from before, so Larry concluded they had always hidden their own aura and only revealed it when they found Larry so that Larry could find them as well.          Therefore, he had also begun to t hide his special aura. Over time, the habit became natural. Now Larry could hide his aura very well without doing it deliberately. And he never met other elementals since then.        . . . . . .        At this moment, the old man suddenly appeared behind him, but he did not notice it at all. If this guy was not an elemental person, Larry would find it absurd. With his ability different from ordinary people, Larry would definitely sense him if he was just an ordinary person.        Larry turned around and saw this old man dressed in gray cloth, with gray hair draped behind his shoulders, and a beard that was whiter than his hair hanging down to his chest. He sat on the sofa at the door with a leisure look. Above, it seems incompatible with the entire European-style classically decorated room.        Seeing Larry turning around, the old man smiled: "If you really go to those garbage schools, it will simply ruin your wonderful life!"      Larry boldly asked: "Then what is not a garbage school?"        The old man stroked his beard with his thin veined hands, looked at Larry with scorching eyes, and did not directly answer: "There is a mysterious college called Legato, where you belong."        Legato College? In Larry's mind, there was really not much information about this school.        But the old man's sentence "you belong to this college" made Larry's heart tense. Could it be said that there were still universities in this world specially set up for elemental men like them? This was too ostentatious and impossible.        "Sorry, I'm not interested in this school." Although Larry looked calm, he knew that this seemingly inconspicuous tentative statement was actually very risky. If words went against his will, the old man in front of him can instantly become a killer! To obliterate oneself is just a matter of flicks.        Different from Larry's nervous heart, after listening to Larry's words, the old man still smiled and slowly said: "Some things are not for you to decide. Often, you still have to look at God's will." He said. The old man's eyes turned to the starry sky outside the window, the original deep eyeballs were now reflecting a little bit of starlight as if he had collected the stars in the sky.          Larry was about to say something but was surprised to find that there was no one on the sofa! The old man in commoner who was still sitting here had disappeared without a trace, and there was no aura left in the house, just like a living person evaporating instantly!        After a while, Larry also withdrew his surprise. After all, since he wasn't discovered by himself when he came, it made sense that he didn't notice when he left.        From the old man just now, Larry once again realized the power! But unlike the upright justice of the middle-aged man who had saved him, the old man gave Larry a deep sense of deep knowledge.        And, what does it mean to look at the sky? Could it be that God would still arrange a school for himself? Thinking of this, Larry couldn't help but smile. How could this be possible?
