After turning Jason over to the teachers, and explaining everything that happened, Kieran gently led me down the hallway. “I think we need something to strengthen ourselves on.”
He leads me down a corridor where I have not been before, and I look around, “where are we going?”
“The werewolf students’ common room,” he says softly. “And no worries, as my mate you are welcome there.”
As we step into the common room, a sense of unfamiliarity washes over me. The room is warm and inviting, yet there's an underlying tension that I can't quite shake off.
