Richard’s POV   It was the same door and the same apartment as last time, but this time, things would be different. I rang the doorbell and waited. A loud thump echoed from the other side of the door, and just when I was about to call out, it opened. A man who is six feet tall and not wearing a shirt, with his pants unzipped. Both of us stood there frozen, unsure how to reply. I couldn’t help but glance at the apartment number again, just making sure I had the right place. But no, it was, and worse, his disheveled appearance made me remember that damnable call. Remember to confirm it properly, and don’t jump to conclusions.
