CHAPTER 39
Jane felt a chill run down her spine as she stepped away from Bianca. The stranger’s serene smile and the way she had uttered her full name had left her shaken. Especially her middle name, which no one knew about, except her family.
“Or, did this stranger come from dad?” She thought within herself, the hair at the nape of her neck standing erect.
She quickly waved off the thought, her dad would never send anyone after her. When her dad disowns someone, it stays that way.
"Do we know each other?" Jane asked, her voice barely above a whisper, eyes wide with fear.
Bianca’s smile grew, her gaze piercing through Jane. "What do you think, Jane? Have we met before?" As it seemed, Bianca was obviously enjoying herself and the fact that she had made Jane very uncomfortable.
