While thinking of what he should summon, Peter let everyone try the power of summoning. They chose to summon a mild and minor creature that assured no harm based on the mantra in the book.
Edward and Kate were left to try and they seemed to have had chosen the creature that they wanted to summon.
Edward chose to create his own circle. He knew that he could use other people’s summoning circle and just tap his spiritual power in the circle so he could use it as Peter explained, but he still chose to make his own. It was still a basic circle, as what everyone else used.
Then, he started reading the mantra;
The minor creature from the Filasso world;
Grotesque friendly creature of convenience;
Be at my service.
In my name, Edward Hoffman, I command you to appear in this world!
