*Sterling POV*
It's almost over. Today we move in on the witch, and then Mammon. If things go right, both will be done today, and our lives can go back to normal. Maybe even find some time to just exist for a while.
First, I needed to check on my cousin Rain at the cell house. Damian and DJ had been on watch duty last night, and said that all was quiet, but that's what worried me.
"Has she been asleep this whole time?" I asked. Damian nodded. The guard said that she fell to the floor and hadn't woken up since we all left yesterday. She's breathing, I can see her chest moving, but she hasn't woken up," he said.
I walked up to the glass, and Rain's eyes popped open. I stood quietly watching to see what would happen, but she just laid there staring at me.
