Everyone froze, not knowing what to say as they looked at Susan who was manhandled like a chicken.
"Please can I see you for a moment?" James said as he stepped forward to meet the village head's daughter.
"Fine, let's go over there," the village head's daughter looked at James for a short while before she accepted.
They stepped out of the large kitchen and went to meet the village head.
After what seemed like eternity, James came back to the hut.
"We are leaving this place immediately," James announced in a shaky voice.
No matter how he tried to hide it, the shaking hands and his red eyes were obvious to all.
