Maya's POV
The guard released me ahead of schedule. An aspect related to proper conduct and population density. They returned my phone, my wallet, and put me on a bus to the city.
I felt constrained. Simply vacant.
Morrison phoned while I was on the bus. "Maya, where have you gone?"
"Returning home." "I was released this morning."
"Great." I require your assistance. Alexandra is organizing a major event today. David Hartley, the son of Nicholas, is also involved. "We must locate them prior to nine AM."
I glanced at my watch. Seventeen thirty. "What occurs at nine?"
