Tania immediately called Cecy, but the call went unanswered.
Laura had already noticed Theodora and stood up to approach her.
Tania's resentment surged.
"You're here for dinner?" Laura asked Theodora.
Theodora glanced at her briefly and replied coldly, "We have nothing to do with each other anymore."
Her tone and expression made it seem like Laura was the one trying to curry favor with her.
Laura's face darkened. "Do you even know what kind of place this is? How did you manage to get in?"
Straightening her back, Laura added with a smug look, "I know this place is popular with young girls because the dishes here cater to their tastes. But without a reservation, you can't get in. If you want to eat here, I'll give you a chance—join us at our table."
