DISEMBODIED VOICE
Midweek evening, Gabriella ambled along the curving concrete walkway of her university, with its tall green trees rooted around rectangular garden beds amidst the tall buildings. She dodged groups of students and staff members heading to evening classes from one building to the next. Rolled up flags fluttered in the wind above low brush and hedges. A steel enclosure fenced in part of the university grounds, and white and red cedar trees covered a grass covered hill.
