It was a quarter past four when he drove his car into their driveway with the young girl sitting by him in the passenger seat. They held hands as they hummed to the music that was buzzing on the radio. He looked happy, happier than he had ever been. When they alighted from the car, they were loudly singing the song which was no longer playing and they laughed out loud when they missed a line.
