Sleeping over at Tristan’s is quite the best decision even though everything between us is more awkward.
My engagement to Derek threw him off balance, I could see it even when he tries to hide it behind that composed Beta exterior. It throws everyone off too and what bothers him the most is not the proposal itself but my answer to it.
How do I tell him that I don't have an option or an opinion concerning this?
I would be tagged as the bigger villain if I say I won't marry Derek even if it meant saving the Donovan's enterprise but genuinely I wouldn't do it but maybe I just want to be seen differently in my father's eyes and win his favour again since I've already disappointed him after trusting me and his dumb ass son with his empire.
