Arianna’s POV
Another day being at my favourite place, work. Even though now I know it won't be enjoyable anymore because we're financially under the Sullivans now.
I don't want to think much about it. Maybe there's a chance a miracle could happen. Maybe the Sullivans might have a change of heart, or Vance could decide to listen to me for once and decide to abort the mission. But already, it seems it's too late. I really don’t know.
I've had thoughts to talk to my father about it, but the last thing I want is family drama. I've stayed here long enough to know that the Donovans are so unpredictable.
