Fear clenched her stomach, but there was no way she could let them know how terrified she was. Her instinct was to change into her feline half and zip out of there, but these mino statics had planned for that. Their huge half-man, half-bull bodies blocked the door, preventing her from escaping. Rather than show fear, she snarled, almost feeling the invisible fur between her shoulder blades rising. “I ain’t snitched on no one, Percy! For some reason, whoever started that rumor has it out for me!
