“Valerie.” He said.
“What does Valerie have to do with any of this?” I asked freigning innocent.
“I mean if she has anything to do with this and all that is happening then I would definitely not spare her.” He explained.
“You also have to remember that she is the mother of your unborn child.” I said.
“That does not make her any less guilty for her crimes and it also does not exempt her from facing her punishment.” He said reassuringly.
“Okay then, we should head out now.” I said.
“Let's just go through all the files once more making sure that everything is in order.” He suggested.
“Okay.” I said as we both went through everything making sure that we are well prepared from our end.
A knock on the door interrupted our conversation and I could not help but wonder who it might be.
