Ariana POV
“What!” I gasped surprised to see Ares lying right next to me. I was not expecting him anytime soon, at least not until the honeymoon was over.
I know he would be on the moon with Valerie and that would give me enough time to figure out who is truly behind the embezzlement of the Cruz empire. Most importantly, seeing him less would also mean that I would be angry less.
The last thing I needed was to be in a confrontation with him. I don't want to have any conversation or confrontation with him again. I am way too busy for that and I know just what I needed to do to make that become a reality.
All I needed to do was to ignore him completely like he did not exist in my world until all this was over. I know I would have to resume as the dutiful and loving wife once we are back
