My tender body relishes in the warmth of the water as I simply stand beneath the spray and comb over everything these past five days have presented me with. Even though it’s been far from smooth sailing, I’ve never felt more myself than I have by coming here. I’m still no closer to uncovering what that ribbon or the lake means to me.
