Oh,poor child

They were two set of people she hated in this life,bullies and backstabbers. The girl in front of her looked like both and to make things worse,she was the same girl that had insulted her mother,now she had three reasons to hate her. Everyone stopped to look at them and to make things worse,the coach had disappeared. She looked up at the girl,who continued to look at her in a condescending manner." Hi,I'm Maeve". The girl sneered and looked away."Get away from here,I need the dumbbells". Maeve almost jumped for joy when she heard this,she had been looking for a way to escape the dumbbells. She jumped up and started walking away but she was pulled back." Clean it". Maeve stopped and clenched and unclenched her teeth. The old her would not even bother. She smiled,in one swift move she grabbed the towel on the girl's shoulder and cleaned the dumbbells with it.

She returned the towel and smiled,"there, I've cleaned it". She turned and walked to the treadmill. Murmurs started going round as she pretended like she did not know what she did. She had decided to not look for trouble but she wasn't a push over. The girl,Ruby stomped the ground in fury. Something about this girl made her angry,she kept reminding her of someone. She wanted to go meet her but then the bell rang.

Maeve all but ran to her room,she was sweaty and panting. She quickly grabbed her stuff and ran to the toilet. By the time she was out,she had gotten dressed. She looked around and found no one,she shrugged and was about to jump on her bed,"guess you aren't that big of a pushover". Maeve jumped up and turned to see CJ,she sighed and flopped on her bed."I was scared,where is everyone?" She said in an attempt to change the topic." Coach is saying something to them".

Not bothering to say anything any longer,she took her things and left the room. Breakfast was the most important meal of the day and she wouldn't miss it, especially after that killing exercise. The menu made her smile like a fool."The rich sure know how to live" She grabbed a tray and asked for steak but the lady shook her head." The menu for you guys is different". Maeve stared at her,confused. The woman handed her another menu list that was far different from the former one,the dishes here seemed less expensive,maybe the first list was for the teachers,such discrimination.

She finally settled for ham and toast with milk,she would never eat something like this at home,she would be hungry before second period. She looked around and saw Zoe wave at her,she smiled and walked to them."Well,you don't look happy". Fiona noted as she sat down." I got all excited when I saw the menu for the teachers,those people sure know how to dine". They all stared at her like she had two horns before they started laughing ,even CJ did more than a smirk.

She stared at them like that were crazy,when they finally stopped laughing, Fiona decided to help her out."This is just the beginning, love" Maeve decided that she hated Fiona,the girl never spoke plain English.She turned to Zoe for help.

"The menu you saw is for the dining room upstairs,that's where the rich kids and the favoured ones eat. What I mean is,that's where the kids that pay to go to this school and a few lucky ones like us eat. If by a stroke of luck,you make friends with a rich kid,they might invite you to eat up there". This was new,Cat never said anything like this to her,maybe they just implemented the rule. Throughout the rest of breakfast,she kept thinking it over in her head."I told you,you're in hell now.Off to the library,bye girls". She half heard what Fiona said she the remaining half flew over her head. The other two left at some point in time, Zoe patted her shoulder before leaving,a touch she didn't like.

Get a hold of yourself,it's just food. For some reason,she had a bad feeling about this new discovery. She clutched her book to her chest as she dragged herself to class. She pushed in front of class 1-A and sighed before walking in. She had come one term later than the others, therefore she was relatively the new kid,she hoped the teacher wouldn't call her out. She heard a groan and was frustrated when she saw that she was in the same class with Ruby but on the bright side,Laurie was here too and the weird boy in the music room.

She smiled at her but was ignored, which she found weird. Almost every seat was taken,so she had no choice but to go to the back. Where she found another boy with headset on. He seemed to not want anything to do with the rest of the class and ignored her too. She had to admit,he was pretty handsome,maybe very. The most handsome she had come across since she got to the school. Too bad she was currently abstaining from romance. She decided to focus on her goal and ignored him too. She cleaned the seat in front of him and sat down.After arranging her stuff,she buried her face in a book pretending to read but she actually slept.

Sky stared at the girl in front of him,something about her seemed off. She had ignored him right off the bat,not even giving him a second glance,which was weird because girls were always after him,Ruby was a great example. He glanced at her,only to see her glaring at the new girl,he was not surprised because she always hated girls prettier than her.

Maeve smiled as Cat laughed at her,this was the first time since her death that she had seen her laugh. The laughter rang in her ears. Oh,she had missed her so,she giggled a little as she watched her smile, suddenly rain started falling and Cat disappeared. The rain felt so real,she could feel it on her face. Wait,she could feel the rain. She opened her eyes suddenly,which was a mistake as water got into her eyes,it stung pretty bad. She started coughing and that was when the onslaught stopped. The whole class was laughing but she really couldn't care less

She looked around but didn't find any teacher,instead she saw Ruby smile at her in the most condescending manner she had ever seen.She picked up her book and it was oozing with water." No sleeping in class". She looked up and saw that she was being recorded by Ruby's friends,while Ruby stood there laughing. She fumed and struggled to keep it inside,she stood up and glared at Ruby,who seemed quite happy."Oh,poor child", Maeve said,this was contrary to what Ruby was expecting,she wanted Maeve to loose her cool and show her ugly side to everyone. She didn't know why but she felt that this girl would take everything from her. Instead of getting angry,this girl was looking at her with pity,she burned with fury and was about to say something when this girl wrapped her in a bear hug. Not only did she do that but she sneezed on her. Ruby had never felt so humiliated,she pushed her away and looked at her body, now her clothes were wet too,she turned to her and wanted to say something but this time she wasn't interrupted with a hug but with a sneeze,she flinched and backed away but she kept sneezing, this got the whole class laughing,even Sky that never showed any emotions smiled. Ruby was on the verge of exploding when they heard a voice behind them,"what is going on here?"
