I never thought Bruno would find out so soon. I couldn't help but feel extreme embarrassment over the debt I had with Gilberto. I never imagined that my ex would go to my friend's house to punch him. That really hurt me because my friend only played along with my game so that I wouldn't be bothered by him anymore.
Suddenly, I realized that I had told Bruno I would spend the night with my supposed boyfriend. Vernon's call and his car being hijacked by me made him look for me, and it was something I hadn't considered. It was foolish of me.
