Once she had placed her hands around my neck and had pulled me closer to kiss her, I knew she was mine. My mate had accepted me. It made myself and my wolf feel like the luckiest bastards in the whole world, as my heart had skipped a few beats. Seeing her up close, finally being able to hold her and feel her skin underneath my fingers made my head spin.
