THE INCIDENT

POV. Jas

------During gym class-------

I went into the locker room and found both ma girls waiting by my locker with their things ready in order for us to go to our regular closed off part of girls locker room and hung up our towels behind our backs while each of us took our chance to change none of us felt comfortable to change out in the open we hated it we had the confidence to some illegal as fudge s**t but we didn’t have the courage to change in front of others. Every girl that had this period with us knew to leave this part of the locker room empty in order for us to change. We all took our turn changing and went out i had decided not to wear the usual long white gym shirt i took out the one i had made into a crop top.

The whistle blew, “okay everyone huddle up were playing capture the flag. And i know what goes on in here so Tony and Jasmine you guys are team captains. Heads or tails.”

“Heads.” tony said.

“Welp i got tails then. Tony get ready to lose you know you won’t win right. Actually let's make a bet my team wins and you stop being a jackass to everyone. Kay.” with an devilish grin on my face. I could see all the girls who were part of my gang and in my gym class they were all smiling and staring at me proudly.

“Sure just telling you though if you lose you have to become my girlfriend no exceptions.”he said sounding so confident that i would lose.i heard a growl so i looked around and saw only the girls and guys both watching us but i couldn't find the source of the growl but then saw Jack holding Hunter back who if looks could kill tony would have been 12 feet under. I turned round to face at Tony.

“Okay. shake it you all are witnesses of this. Kay miss flip the coin.”

“Tails. Jackie gets first pick.”

My group was made up of mostly girls but since brody took the two girls left i got stuck with Hunter and Jack. both of them tried to meet up with me and Jackie they tried to stay close to us all the time.

“Split into four groups decoy attack defense and protection. Decoy will focus on getting the others team focus keep them distracted. Second group attack focus on getting the flags and not getting tagged see someone got caught help them get away only if you don’t have a flag. Defense catch as many people you can in order to protect the flags and finally our last line of defense. Protectors you make sure to keep the flags safe do not let anyone in and if they do make sure they don’t get out. Jackie jack and hunter you guys are the protectors keep the flags safe at all costs. Tiffany, Jessica, Katie, Luna, and Angela you guys are defense. Me, Anna Clarissa, Stephanie, and Skylar will be the attack. And i know you guys are going to hate me for a little after this but Kally Elle Ella Hannah Alma and who’s name didn’t i call right Samantha you guys are diversion please do this. We need to win so that way you don’t have to deal with tony and his goons bullcrap the beginning of the day on your way to school on the busses we win this bet we no longer have to deal with that.” i said with a look of determination on my face, “do you guys know what happened on the bus when i got fiona her money back from him he slapped my ass,” another growl came up from somewhere i looked around seeing nothing i turned back to my team, “I was so close to beating the s**t out of him but i didn’t want to cause anytype of trouble for paul the bus driver. I don’t want any of you guys to have to deal with the same s**t. We need to win this we win we end tonys and his goons reign of terror towards us girls. He will regret every messing with one of the leaders of The Fire Phoenix's. You guys can trust me on that. Okay” s**t i should not have said that out loud in front of hunter and jack they were new to canada i don’t think they knew about us just yet. Oh well they were going to find out sooner or later.

“Okay boss” the girls all said in sync. We broke the group and went to our positions tony’s groups were laying on the floor they saw us break up and got up.

“We playing or what”Tony said with arrogance tracing his words. They got into position and we started the game. The decoys all went in and the guys were to busy trying to get them. We took this as an opportunity and my group went in we raced to the other side the decoys had gotten caught by now seeing that they had mostly gone for our flags we took advantage we saved our people managed to get two flags across we the guys getting one. Every one from my group and the decoys all decided i should get the last flag i took it. Went across the guys feild and grabbed the flag. I made it with only four guys left on the guys team i had 1 to my right one to my left and one in front of my tony was just getting back with their second flag he made it back and stayed near the front in order as to not let me get away seeing the position i was he came and took the spot to my left told the guy to keep an eye on the gate and went back to focusing on me or at least tried to i had slid right underneath the persons in front of me legs and ran by the time the right guy nearly caught me one of the Kelly had tackled him to the ground i kept on running Tiffany had the guy that was supposed to be blocking the gates pinned with his arm in the form that it nearly broke with Tiffany on top. The one that was supposed to be blocking me from in front was on the ground with Stephanie on top of him holding his arms above his head and her knees keeping his legs in place as to maintain the guy on the ground. I couldn’t see tony though i had nearly made it to the gate when tony came out from my left side and had tackled me to the ground he grabbed my hands forced them above my head and was about to start touching me in places he shouldn’t. I heard another growl louder then the past few one’s. I must be hearing things. I looked to my right saw my girls were running to try and save me. I shook my head and they stopped knowing things were about to get interesting and took out their phones. I let what tony was doing to continue for 10 seconds more and pretended to struggle against his hold. And started telling him to stop. I looked up and saw my girls were recording and then looked up to him kneed him in the balls. He let go of my hands i brought my elbow up to his chin knocking him off of me took my left leg and kicked him off of my right leg took the heel of my foot and kicked him in the ribs i heard something crack i got up turned around to face my girls, “ and that my dear girls is how you get a d**k headed pervert like him to stop harassing you. Also can one of you send me that video i want to see the look on his face.” my girls started laughing Hunter came over and put his blazer on my i looked down to see that Tony had managed to rip my shirt from the top and my cleavage was showing along with my hot pink sports bra. “Thank you.” i said with a light pink blush on my cheeks i zipped up the blazer and walked over to my girls.

“You will regret this Jasmine. But a deal is a deal me and my group will stop being jackasses but first what about a kiss on the cheek as an apology to you for just doing what i did.” said a moaning tony while on the ground curled up into a ball. I walked over to him bent over leaned into his ear and whispered, “next time you might want to know who your messing with btw don’t ever mess with a leader of the Fire Phoenix's you will regret it. And feel more pain then what you just felt.” i got up to see tony looking at me with his eyes practically out of his head ii felt some pain in my forehead. I reached up and touched my forehead and felt something warm i removed my head and saw blood Jackie, Jessica and Tiffany saw they came running at me grabbed me and ran to the infirmary. We passed a trash can and i stopped ran to it and threw up all that i had eaten for breakfast. Tiffany grabbed my hair as in for me not to have vomit in my hair Jessica grabbed the napkins we always hid underneath the trash cans in a plastic bag which the janitors knew never to remove. She took them and put half of them to try and stop the bleeding and passed some over to Jackie who used them to cover my eyes and nose to stop me from seeing and smelling the blood. I’ll admit it helped when i had stopped vomiting they took me to the nurse and sat me down on the bed the nurse got to work right away Jackie made sure to keep my eyes covered and nose from smelling the blood. After i got bandaged the nurse gave us all a pass knowing that we would all be late to our next class. She asked what happened and i told her we were playing capture the flag, and tackle i got tackled to the ground by tony and what he did i left out the part where i got back at him. The Jackie who knew better then to show her the video of me kicking tony's ass while being ‘molested’ and had shown her the part where that happened and how they all tackled tony off of me and throw the volleyballs at his stomach. I have to say Jackie has a gift for creating things that didn’t even happen. She could make a video within 10 seconds before even knowing what happened. After i was done and left we went to our 4th period and then lunch me, Jessica, Jackie,and Tiffany decided to ditch the last 2 classes.
