Chapter 2:The Strange Message

Alex could not sleep that night. He kept thinking about the strange girl he saw near the old school gate. Her glowing blue eyes stayed in his mind like a scary dream.

The next morning, heavy rain fell across the city. Alex grabbed his school bag and rushed outside. As he walked to school, he noticed people staring at him strangely. Some whispered quietly while others moved away from him.

“What is going on?” he muttered.

When he entered the classroom, his best friend Jay quickly ran to him.

“Bro, did you post that video online?” Jay asked nervously.

“What video?” Alex replied.

Jay showed him his phone. Alex’s eyes widened in shock. The video showed him standing near the school gate last night… but something terrifying appeared behind him. A dark shadow with glowing red eyes.

Alex’s hands started shaking.

“I was alone there,” he whispered.

Suddenly, his phone buzzed loudly.

UNKNOWN NUMBER: “You saw her. Now they know who you are.”

Alex froze. His heart pounded fast.

“Who sent this?” Jay asked.

Before Alex could answer, the classroom lights went off.

The room became completely dark.

Students screamed in fear as cold wind filled the classroom. Then a strange voice echoed softly from the back of the room.

“He must come with us…”

The lights suddenly turned back on.

Everyone became silent.

At the back of the classroom stood the same mysterious girl Alex saw the night before.

Her blue eyes glowed brighter than ever.

And this time… she was staring directly at him.
