Poppy I don’t know how long I slept for, but Damian kept coming in and bringing me food. I kept dreaming of being in a forest, something attacking me, and killing me. I’d then be buried in the dirt, worms surrounding me as I clawed my way out, rising and having the intense need to kill. I slowly opened my eyes, staring up at the ceiling as my chest rose in a panic. I looked around the room. It was pitch black, and Damian wasn’t here. My heart sank as I rolled over, wincing.
