After the night I realized that I was falling for two men, I found it hard to be inside my rooms. Too much time to think made me morose, the idea of losing either one of them made me sad. Before I had my moment with Kaiki I had thought that perhaps I could choose, that one of them had my heart in way that the other didn't, but after that day, I knew that was untrue. I spent much of my time wandering the halls of the palace, wrapped up tightly but enjoying the cold on my fingers. When it was too cold I would go into one of the tents, snacking on what was there. Tsukimine accompanied me most days, quiet and polite, while the rest of my ladies decided to stay in my warm quarters.
