I wasted little time hurrying over to his chambers, thankful that his own men had been the guards outside my chambers. It made for surprisingly little in terms of questioning. They had already been informed that there was a party, and had no doubt been planning to swap out at some point during the night with some of their fellow men. Now they didn't have to. Tsukimine hurried alongside me, the other members of my personal court once again choosing to stay behind. While a few had initially hit it off with the men, they were somewhat less happy to jump into long relationships with men who were gone for a good part of the year.
