Chapter 1 Tainted Memories-5

Eliza and Kimberley were at the verandah having a first time heart talk since she had now found that Eliza was her mother and not her sister, “ I had you since I was thirteen, the mother had taught that you were from an outside woman because it wasn’t the first time that your father was unfaithful, even though you are five years old, you have a right to know what goes on in your family so when you reach of age to make your own decision you wouldn’t say that you weren’t warned or you didn’t know.” Said Eliza and Kimberley addressed her as a mother from that day on as she came out with the truth and since she was the only one she saw growing up within those five years it was only fair that she would be addressed as a mother. Kimberley was given a necklace by her mother who secretly made it just for such an occasion if she had ever found out the truth of who her mother was and it was two heart-shaped picture frames one of the pictures was when Kimberley had just been born and the next was a picture of Eliza when she was just thirteen years old and in her high school uniform, “ Mommy, did you dropped out because you had to take care of me and Andrea?” asked Kimberley and she responded that she dropped out of school because she wanted to make sure that both Kimberley and Andrea came out better than her. After all, education is important in these modern times.

Kimberley took out the music box that Eliza gave to her and started to play it. She reminisced on the days where she and Andrea helped her in the garden, finding something exciting, “ We didn’t have the best but we always make with what we have and you always tell us to thank God because he rules over everything even our lives.” said Kimberley as she just had a bittersweet moment. Eliza hugged her close and told her that there will be plenty more moments to come as tomorrow is not promised all we got to do is cherish today and the rest will fall into place. Kimberley looks up to Eliza, she smiled majestically knowing that at least she has a mother though unfortunate circumstance with how she was born was able to genuinely love, nurture, care but most importantly protect her no matter what the trial, no matter what the situation, no matter what obstacle may seem to come their way, “ Mommy, I love you so much that no matter who whether its stranger or family if they hurt you. I will kill them for you.” Said Kimberley as tears ran down her eyes as a declaration that nobody, not even a family member cannot come around the love and bond she has with her mother and her name is Eliza Daniella Alexandia.

Francine got up blurry as the effect of the drug still didn’t wear off, she tried to stand up but her legs gave out on her as she felt like a fish out of water. Francine closed her eyes and she asked God for strength and mercy upon her soul as she confessed that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and for her to be forgiven of her sins and at that exact moment she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour she felt a burst of energy surging through her body and a voice whispered to her, “ Francine, you are forgiven in the sight of God who is my father who’s sovereign over heaven and the earth take up, walk and follow me and witness the salvation of the Lord your God.” Said the voice and Francine with tears in her eyes got up with a mighty stance and kicked down the door, the door split into two pieces and that door was poor steel and Francine kicked it down like it was paper, “Wait is a Hulk sister how you kicked down that door so?” asked the guard and Francine responded by just one word and that word was Jesus. Francine beat up both bodyguards and rushed towards the stairs in a quick hurry as she went upstairs to confront Barrion.

Francine burst opened the door and was confronted by Barrion’s soldiers armed with Ak47 rifles, “ Ferocious Francine, me didn’t think you would make it but since you’re alive and well take up the family tradition and join the Alexandia Family legacy you getting money and you could have all the power you want.” Said Barrion and Francine responded by telling him that as of this moment she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and she stands by him to whatever end it may be so she has to refuse that offer. Barrion was pissed as Francine rejected his offer told the guards to kill her and with that Francine engaged in an all-out war against the bodyguard, “Jesus, take full control.” She said as she engaged in fighting combat with the guards, she didn’t stop not one peak, not one second, she wasn’t tired at all as Barrion was so shocked as to understand how could one woman annihilate over twenty-five guards in a moment.

Ashana looked in dismay as she witnesses God in work as she too felt a strong presence within the lobby of the mansion, “Babes, you feel that?” Ashana asked and Barrion asked her what was she talking about and then suddenly, Ashana sneezed and to her surprise, it was blood on her hands, she hastily went to the toilet and looked in the mirror cabinet and took a prescription of antibiotics because little that Barrion did not know that Ashana is HIV positive and she has to take her medication on time or else she would feel sick and very weak, knowing the type of madman Barrion is, if he was to find out, he would have her killed on the spot, with no hesitation, no remorse, and no mercy.

Barrion looked at Ashana as she came out of the toilet and he asked her if she was okay, she was very cold and frightened as she couldn’t bear to tell Barrion her secret as she witnesses countless times of Barrion’s rage and fury so she wouldn’t want to fall in that category to be in his bad books, “ Baby, I good there was a flu going around and I am one of the unfortunate few to catch it.” Said Ashana and Barrion told her that she hopes that she’s not lying to him as she had witnessed many times what happen to people when they lie, “ We have been together since High School, we were on the street because our parents didn’t approve our relationship, I was with you when we slept in an abandoned house we ate rice and cold water together and you think I would throw this relationship in the drain because of a lie then Barrion you don’t know what you have until it’s gone.” Said Ashana as she walked away from Barrion and then he held her hand and grabbed her close by her butt, “ I love you, I don’t know what I would do without you, it’s just that I am a kingpin and it’s hard to trust people these days you see the state of our country, you read the news maybe the pressure taking a toll on me.” Said Barrion and Ashana leaned towards Barrion and kissed him passionately, “ I would never do anything to hurt you, you’re all that I have left and trust me this sexy dougla that you have as your girl, your empress, you’re true ride or die soldier will never leave you or forsake you, we come way too far throw it all away.” Said Ashana.

Barrion told her to rally up the crew and put out an alert to find Kimberley and Eliza, there would be a reward for seven million dollars to the person or persons who find her, “ Why track the child, why is she so special to you?” asked Ashana and Barrion’s response to her was that Kimberley was born rarely as she’s completely fair and she’s innocent, the black market chart in the Human Trafficking Ratio she would be sold for a whopping nineteen million us dollars and she’s just five at the time.” said Barrion “ Imagine if she was in her teens, her net worth would buy half of this country.” Said Ashana, “Exactly my point mi girl.” declared Barrion with a smile, “ What of Eliza, is she some sort of net worth value?” asked Ashana, and Barrion responded that due to Eliza being diagnosed with tuberculosis she wouldn’t be worth much on the ratio scale so she would be better off dead than alive.

Barrion and Ashana went to the lobby and see all of the soldiers on the ground while Francine is nowhere to be found they checked the cameras and Francine was last seen darting through the track and into the forested area of Mafian Alley. Barrion with rage had sent out the signal to find Francine and bring her back, with that all soldiers went into ten black Navara in search of Francine while Barrion hired a special person to look for Kimberley and her mother Eliza, “ The only way to look for a woman is to send a woman, a woman that knows them all too well.” Said Barrion and the woman that was sent to look for was none other than Taliana Alexandia, a teenage girl that migrated to the United States in 2013 now of age she’s back to take up the legacy of the Alexandia’s of being involved in a life of crime, she has her degree in Information Technology, Computer Mechanics, Criminology and Forensic Science at the DeVry Institute and she’s first Degree Black Belt in the Black Dragon Dojo in Chinatown so she’s well qualified and physically equipped to handle the job, “ Ashana, babes let me introduced to Taliana aka MiniMe because she’s ruthless just like me in brains and brawn.” said Barrion and with that Ashana and Taliana greeted each other for the first time, “ Barrion, so who’s on the undertaker list this time that you had to call me from quite Brooklyn to come to sweet Trinidad and Tobago?” asked Taliana and Barrion showed her a picture of the people and with that, she smiled devilishly knowing that the hunt is on.
