The office still smelled like rogue blood and shattered glass, which really added a nice ambiance to the way the Elders kept shrieking like possessed tea kettles. “She must be exiled,” Elder One shouted. “She is a danger,” Elder Two added. “She is a walking curse,” Elder Three contributed like it was open mic night for paranoia.
