Beryl's POV
“What happened, Luna?” Caroline asked when I was out, and I smiled at her.
“Nothing! I think I just slept for a second.” I told her and she gasped.
“Sleep in the midst of bathing in the river? That's a very risky one, Luna!” She said in shock, almost screaming, and I placed my fingers on my lips to shut her up.
“I know! Let's go. There's something I need to do.” I told her, and she immediately stood up and helped me put my clothes back on.
“Thank you.” I whispered to her, and she nodded before we both turned to the women and children guarding me. Most of them were now sitting down while the rest were religiously standing.
“I'm through with my bath, People.” I told them, and they all finally turned with smiley faces to me.
