RED POV By the time Xavier dismissed me for my short water bench break, my entire body had given up on me. Every muscle in me ached and even breathing somehow felt like exercise. I lowered myself onto one of the wooden benches surrounding the training grounds before tilting my head back and emptying almost half the bottle of water in one go. It was barely nine in the morning.
