Life has changed

Bella’s POV

It’s been 8 months since the twins were born and they are starting to learn to get around really well. Alida is quiet and has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. Adler is sweet and is a total Mamas boy.

We found out 7 months ago that that Christopher’s father died mysteriously and he took over as king. We were waiting for him to attack but nothing has happened yet. Part of me is worried that he is just biding his time and building a army and the other just hopes he found his beloved or gave up on me but the logical part of me says it’s the first one.

A baby squeal brings me out of my thought. Alida fast crawls run to the edge of the baby gate where Dom has walked in. He instantly picks her up. She’s such a daddy’s girl. I a smile forms on my lips and he picks up Adler. I take out my phone and snap a picture of Dom holding them. I love my family.

“Hey you” I say to Dom.

“Hey baby” he says before kissing me. The babies just squeal.

“How’s work going? Anything new?”

“Nothing new just the typical paperwork.

We sit on the floor and spend some time as a family for it’s time to feed the kids and get them to bed. I watch there sleeping faces and think of how far my life has come.

Dominics POV

Jace and I are in my office going over new information about the vampires.

“we have reports the Vampire king is building a army. Do you think he is going to come and try to get Bella?” Jace asks

“I don’t know Jace. He is either going to try to come get Bella or start a war to destroy us all.” I say to him.

“Do we tell Bella about the information we have gathered?”

“No I think we should wait until he know more about what his intentions are.” I tell Jace.

“We are done for today. I’m going to spend some times with the kids before bedtime”

I walk out to see Bella and the kids in the living room. There is some cartoon on and Bella is sitting on the floor playing with the twins. I walk up and Alida squeals and crawls up to me.

Hey you” Bella say to me

“Hey baby” i say before I kissing her. The babies just squeal.

“How’s work going? Anything new?” She asks

“Nothing new just the typical paperwork.

We sit on the floor and spend some time as a family for it’s time to feed the kids and get them to bed. I see Bella watching the babies sleep from there bedroom door. I come up behind her and wrap my arms around her.

I start kissing her neck. And my hands start to roam her body.

“Maybe we should start trying for kid number 3. She moans and starts to melt into my arms. I close the kids door and walk her to our room.

“God I love you “
