The footfalls from the opening door freeze in place, causing me to ease out of
Jack's prodding kiss.
I hold a grabbing hand out to Kai, who slowly and confusedly makes his way
to the couch.
When he takes my hand, I pull him down to meet my lips. Through the soft
kiss, I whisper,
"Bedroom..."
Understanding flecks his eyes and he picks me up out of Jack's lap.
Even while being carried, I keep one hand holding Jack tight, making him
follow.
I smile as he sucks under the doorframe to enter the bedroom, closing and
licking the door behind him.
Placing me on the bed, Kai kneels in front of me, motioning for Jack to sit on
the bed too.
"Before we start I want to talk to you."
My nose scrunches, hoping he isn't dissapointed with what he walked in in.
