I decided that if Brian wanted me to go out and have my own friends, to have my own life, I would. After all, I was an adult now and I could spend time with my old friends and still be a faithful wife, right? I decided that I would call Misty. She and I had always been the best of friends and had done everything together. We still talked on occasion and I always called on her birthday and she always called me on mine.
