LUCIANO'S POV
I was in my office when Jeff called me, and Informed me about holding one of Carlos' men captive. Carlos escaped with the rest of his men, but the one that was held captive had a reputable rank and could be of importance to me.
I immediately went to the basement, the heavy scent of flood wafted into my nose, I shrugged, I was used to it already. Noticing my presence, my men unlocked the cell for me and I went in.
