Atomic Love
Eventually Flip glided over, hopped off, and returned the board to the table. “Okay, so how does it work?”
I hit the red button, and the board clattered to the table.
“To be honest, I don’t really know,” I answered, scratching my head. “The only thing I can get it to work with is aluminum. I can tell aluminum to attract or repel.”
“So it’s like the poles of a magnet?” Flip asked.
“Yeah, I guess. But I think it’s more like messing with gravity itself: turning it on or off or reversing the effects of gravity with a button.
