Chapter 2: Social Arts

Since Gloria’s idea of skipping their first class didn’t exactly go through the approval of April & Diana, her mood went bitter. Barging through the door, Gloria caught everybody’s attention, watching their confused yet alarmed faces staring right through her smokey coal eyes. “What?” Gloria scoffed. April and Diana came through the pink doors, dragging Gloria to her seat. “G, it’s our first day” Diana whispered annoyed, “Can you please just chill?” April continued Diana’s sentence as Gloria rolled her eyes. Suddenly, before Gloria could reply, the teacher bursted through the doors, coming into the classroom. “Good morning class, welcome to the new year of Femlovita Academy, I’m Miss B and I’ll be your Social Arts teacher for this year. Majority of you, I already know from earlier years, but we have 3 new students. Diana Hart, April Sinclair, & Gloria Sandoval. If the three could please come up to the board and introduce themselves, that would be quite wonderful!” The teacher introduced the class. April & Diana stood up immediately, scolding Gloria & telling her to get up by the eyes. Finally, getting up, they started introducing themselves. “Hi, I’m Diana Hart.” Diana said simply. “Hello, I’m April,” April spoke boredly. “It’s Sandoval,” uttered Gloria.``Why are you so dull? You three should be happy that you found a place like Femlovita Academy!’’ the teacher said, taking notice of their tedious behaviour. “We know what you’re up to,” Diana said before being cut off by April, “we won’t let you get away with it” continued April. “You should know that we don’t accept this kind of behaviour in Femlovita Academy. If it wasn't your first day here, you would all have been sent to the principal’s office. Go take a seat.” the Teacher said furiously.
