HANNA
Right after leaving my mother having her coffee in her room, I tidied up the rest of the house, thinking about what to wear.
I was almost running late, so I went upstairs, took a shower, and chose a basic outfit: a knee-length black skirt, a white blouse, low heels, and subtle makeup—just concealer, mascara, and a light gloss. I checked my documents to make sure everything was in order.
Hanna: Mom, I'm leaving now. Are you sure you'll be okay alone?
Lilian: I will, my love. Good luck.
Hanna: Thank you, Mom.
I left the house, leaving my mother alone but with Mrs. Sueli checking in on her.
At the appointed time, I was already in front of the house, or rather, the mansion.
Lucia: Yes? - asked the woman who answered the door.
Hanna: Good afternoon, I have an interview.
Lucia: Ah, yes, come with me.
She made room for me to pass. We walked down a huge corridor and stopped in front of a door, and soon a voice asked us to enter.
Lucia: Sir, Miss Richard is here.
Gabriel: You may go, Lucia, and thank you.
Lucia: Excuse me.
Lucia left, and it was just the two of us. I waited for him to start, as he would be my boss, and it would be rude to speak without permission.
Gabriel: So, tell me, Miss, do you have experience with children? -he asked, looking at me.
Hanna: Very little, actually, but I love children and really need the job.
Gabriel: There's only one child here, my son, whom I love more than anything. If you're hired, you'll be responsible for him, and if anything happens to him, it will be on you. Are you really sure you want the job?
Hanna: Yes, I am. -I replied firmly.
