HANNA
After hours of crying for my mother, I thought it was best to go home and rest. Her doctor thought it was best for her to stay in the hospital, especially since her illness is progressing rapidly.
As soon as I got home, I took a shower and tried to eat something since I would start my new job as a nanny the next day, which would help me focus on work. My mother would certainly need new medications and the hospital bill wouldn't be cheap.
The next morning, with my clothes already set aside, I took a shower and got dressed, opting for something formal and comfortable. I chose black pants, a loose white blouse, and sneakers. I grabbed my bag, checked if my documents were okay, and went to Mr. Alencar's mansion.
As soon as I arrived at the mansion, Lucia greeted me with a smile.
Hanna: Good morning, Ms. Lucia
Lucia: Good morning, girl. You can drop Ms., just call me Lucia.
Hanna: Alright then.
Lucia: Come, I'll take you to change, and then we'll wake up Henry.
Hanna: Sorry, but did you say I need to change?
Lucia: Didn't Mr. Alencar tell you that you'll have to wear a uniform? Is that a problem?
Hanna: No, no problem.
Lucia: Then let's go.
We went up to a very beautiful room with a huge double bed, a large wardrobe, and a television bigger than mine, by the way. Lucia took from the wardrobe a black skirt down to the knees and a white blouse.
Lucia: Here, go change so I can introduce you to Henry. While you give him a bath, I'll prepare breakfast, alright?
Hanna: Alright.
I went into the bathroom and changed quickly, leaving my clothes folded on the sink. When I came out, Lucia told me to leave all my belongings there. I put everything in the wardrobe, and as soon as we left, she closed the door and gave me the key.
