I ran my hand through my hair and closed my eyes. Another sleepless night while hoping the plan wouldn’t go awry. My hand wanted to pick up the phone and make many calls. I wanted to call Isaac again, but it was pointless to call for now. He wouldn’t tell me any news since Althea was still in the surgery. Another call was supposed to be directed to the black site of the market. I needed to keep my hand from reaching the phone. It was highly possible my calls were being monitored if they had already gone so far as to take Althea as a hostage. Having a meeting would be too hard.
